Referral Program Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: 1/7/2025 

1. Eligibility The referral program is open to individuals who:

• Are at least 18 years of age;

• Refer someone who completes a job through our platform;

• Complete a job through our platform via a referral.

2. Referral Reward Each eligible referrer and the individual who successfully completes a referred job will receive either a $50 Bitcoin payment or a $50 gift card (at our discretion or as mutually agreed).

3. Reward Conditions

• The reward is issued only after payment for the completed job has been received in full.

• Rewards apply to jobs valued at $1500 and over

• Each referrer and referred individual is eligible for one reward per completed job.

• The same job cannot be referred multiple times. In the case of duplicate referrals, only the first verified referrer will receive the reward.

• Fraudulent or misleading referrals will result in disqualification from the program.

4. Distribution of Rewards

• Rewards will be distributed electronically within 14 business days after confirmation of payment for the completed job.

• The method of reward (Bitcoin or gift card) will be determined based on the preference indicated during the referral process, or at the discretion of the company if no preference is given.

5. General Terms

• We reserve the right to verify the identity of referrers and referred individuals.

• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.

• By participating in the program, you agree to comply with these terms and all applicable laws.

6. Abuse and Termination

• Any attempt to manipulate or abuse the referral program will result in disqualification and forfeiture of any pending rewards.

• Decisions made by the company regarding eligibility, rewards, and violations are final.
